Up for sale is a Johnny Cash American IV: The Man Comes Around Double LP Set! This item is being sold by a former music industry executive.
This is the fourth and last album from the Rick Rubin produced 'American' sessions to be released before Cash's death in September 2003. The album features a collection of covers including Beatles' 'In My Life' and Depeche Mode's 'PersonalJesus' as well as original tracks penned by Cash himself. The single 'Hurt', a cover of the Nine Inch Nails classic is also included.
This album is from 2002 and is very rare, long OOP.
This item comes from a smoke-free home and is in excellent condition, still in the original shrinkwrap, NEVER opened or used. There is a notch over the barcode to indicate that this was originally intended for promotional purposes and not for retail sale. The content is no different than the retail version.
