Smart Signboard XDS-1078, IAD-18001 #TL-451.

Connected board & it is functional, I Have not fully tested it but the touch screen did seem to work when i was messing around with it. Board is in good condition nothing seems to be broken but it does have scratch marks on it. Board comes with its power supply & a ethernet cable.
