- Fish will be arrive lack of color due to stressful transportation. Please allow couple days to a week for them settle down to new environment. There color will be regain.
- The lighting we use might be different with your aquarium so colors might be lighter or darker depend on how you setup your aquarium such as background, light, substrate etc. This is red pearl so it need to be lighter setup, darker bottom substrate will make fish color darker.
- We only ship the fish with UPS or FedEx overnight ***EVERY TUESDAY*** in order to avoid the fish pending on the weekend in carrier warehouse. Order on Monday will be ship next Tuesday the week after because we need minimum 48 hours handling times to make sure it is less ammonia in shipping bag

- After receiving fish, please floating the bag into your aquarium for 30 minutes or open the bag and dump fish and water from the bag to a bucket then use an air tube filling that bucket with your aquarium water for the fish acclimate with your tank temperature until temperature match then use a net to put the fish into your tank.

We will try our best to combine but incase of we cannot combine then what we normally do is : if you buy multiple fish, we will purchase shipping label then refund the remaining fees back to your account.

Shipping Schedule
Live Fish (Guppy, beta, angle )will be alive up to 5 days and (Discus and Flowerhorn, Goldfish) will be alive under 50 hours without any food and with proper shipping and package. Over the course of 15 years import, export from and to the U.S as well as shipping fish to anywhere in the world from our farm oversea , We hardly have any problem with fish being transport alive, except in same rare cases when the shipment is lost, delay due to extreme weather.
- We required 4 business days for shipping handling, we need fasting the fishes and prepare as perfect as possible to keep the fish healthy before and during transport.
- Fish will be carefully package in a Styrofoam Cooler Box 1.5 - 2 inches thick with proper insulation and color liner bags to ensure they can tolerate the temperature shift during transport from us to anywhere as well as reduce stress.
UPS - FedEx overnight : Monday - Thursday (Order on Thursday will be ship on next Monday)
UPS - FedEx 2nd day: Monday - Wednesday (Order on Wednesday will be ship on next Monday)
Shipping Option
- Betta, guppy, shrimp : For UPS and FedEx 2nd day air, UPS and FedEx overnight please email us to request this service
- Discus, Flower horn, Altum angelfish, Goldfish : UPS and FedEx overnight only.
- Order placed after Tuesday 8:00pm will be shipped out next Monday morning if using USPS service. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday are shipping day. Shipping them out these day will eliminate the chance of the package will spend over night at the warehouse, therefore increase the chance of them arrival healthy significantly.
- For Overnight service we will communicate with you ( we need at least 24 hour to fasting the fish, Most order will be out next day or 2nd day) because it is very important of preparing for the fish to be transport.
- If the weather conditions is not allowed shipping the fishes. We will communicate with you when the fishes should be ship.
- Every shipment is covered under our Guarantee Live Arrival policy.

In the even of any animal dead on arrival, please follow these step to submit your claim:
- Take 3 clear pics of dead animal in the un-opened bag next to shipping label.
- Send us message with clear descriptions within 2 hours after package is arrived, please tell us what happen to the package to help us diagnose the problem.
- Allow us up to 24 hrs. to process with the claim.
- Once the claim is approved, refund will be send to you based on the number of DOA fishes, not shipping cost
Please note, in these circumstance, our DOA policy will be voided:
- Package is unsuccessful deliver on the 1st attempt (We ship to confirm PayPal address as well as USPS map system and you listing address on EBay, it's your responsibility to ensure the address is correct as well as tracking your package and have someone home to receive it. IF unable to deliver on 1st attempt, DOA will be voided.
- Package is left outside for extended period of time during the extreme weather. (Once shipped, tracking number will be provided, it's your responsibility to track and take them inside as soon as they are delivered. If the package is left outside more than 2 hrs. since the time of deliver, DOA will be voided.
- Package is lost due to package thief (If this happens, please contact your local USPS to file a claim).

There is no shortcut or exceptional on this process as it is very important to keep them healthy for our lovely customers
We want to ensure they are healthy & able to handle the stressful transportation to their forever home
We inspect our fishes before ship them out to any customer.
It is very hard to keep fish healthy without proper care and equipment when it come to transport live stock. So please think twice before submit any order. One order is packed and ready to ship, we cannot cancel your order.

Guppy, Discus, Altum are very sensitive to the changes when it come to water in your tanks. Any immediate change can cause causality. While we do our best to ensure an easy transit and deliver our fish healthy to your front door. Once they are in your possessions, it is YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:
- To make sure your water parameter matching with our tank water parameter. We recommend to have water test kit ready at all times.
- To make sure to drip acclimate for fish get use to parameter change, Floating to matching water temperature...etc. So you can acclimate the fish into your tank correctly specially Discus, Altum. We suggest drip acclimate at least 1 hrs. before putting them in your tank. Please contact us immediately if you have any question. Altum is supper sensitive, please careful and take yours times on acclimate Altum as well as Discus
- To make sure your water doesn't fluctuate too much during the day in their first 30 days.
- To make sure you follow our instruction if we leave any in your the box for Altum and Discus.
