Interesting old, presumably German master violin with unreadable label.

There're no cracks or open seams. The table is medium to fine grained spruce and the 1-piece back, as well as ribs and neck, is maple. Pegs, fingerboard, tailpiece and chinrest are ebony. As always the violin was revised by our luthiers and checked by our violinist on playability. In our workshop it received a new setup with newly fitted elder ebony pegs, elder ebony chinrest, new ebony tailpiece, new bridge and new strings.

Measures aprox.: total 60,5 cm / 23.8”, body 36,6 cm / 14.3”, vibrating chord length 33,5 cm / 13.2”, weight 480 gr / ~16.93 oz.
