The 1.25"-tall shackle padlock is excellent for most padlock applications including outdoor fence gate lock, garage doors, classroom lockers, commercial refrigerators, chain link fence, and anywhere a standard lock would fit. The large 2" Long Shackle Padlock, besides all that applications, is excellent for large gap latch, thicker chain and lock, and anywhere a standard shackle is not big enough. All Lion Locks padlocks have a laminated steel lock body, and this means that the lock is made up of plates of steel fastened with steel rivets for added security. In addition, the brass pin cylinder offers a longer life than locks with cheaper tumblers.
