48V battery is OPTIONAL, in other words, it can run with nothing more than some solar panels connected.  bear in mind, solar energy can fluctuate easily with shadows, clouds, bird poop etc. so be prepared to have some interruptions in supply if your load is higher than the solar input.

Another note,  there seems to be a lot of confusion about BULK and Float Charge Setting.

Bulk Charging, is usually the 90 or 95% or less than MAXIMUM Battery voltage, this is where the fast charging mode occurs. (usually around 57V) (contact your supplier)

Float Charging (holding charge), is the resting or nominal voltage of the LiIon or LiFePO4, when it is fully charged, but now in a resting state with no load, usually around 52Vto 55V for LiFEPO4  (contact your supplier)

Low Voltage Cutoff,  this is the voltage the inverter needs to turn off before depleting the battery - you want your inverter to shut off BEFORE your battery to dies, or the BMS to disconnects (usually around 48V or whatever the 20% charge voltage is)

WARNING. with these  (all models with more than 145V) high voltage MPPT input models, DO NOT ground the PV+ or PV- inputs,  do not share panels with other inverter MPPT inputs.

Each MPPT Input needs it own solar panel array , do not share common wires between arrays for different MPPT input.

Keep it simple,  One Inverter, one solar panel array (obviously the panel aluminum frame must still be grounded to conform to safety standards)

Not following these simple rules can cause damage to your inverter / pair of inverter.
