Shipping

Orders are generally shipped within 1 business day (Monday to Friday except holidays) after payment is received. We only ship to verified PayPal addresses.

All domestic shipments are sent with No Signature Required. There is an additional charge if you prefer to add a Signature Required service. If a package could not be delivered and returned to us, the original shipping costs will not be refunded.

Our responsibility ceases when the carriers accept the packages. We are not responsible for any boxes that are lost or stolen after delivered by carriers. You may contact us before purchasing to request the package be sent as Signature Required.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your product, we accept returns on all new items within 30 days after delivery. Please contact us first to get a return authorization number and shipping instructions. It is buyer’s responsibility for the return shipping costs.

Refunds
