Vintage Dept 56 North Pole Series Lighted Santa's Bell Repair MINT.

House itself is in pristine like new condition, there are no signs of wear or chips, cracks or breaks. 

 There is some wear and a rip to the outer sleeve, but the inner Styrofoam protection is in wonderful shape.  The house has been displayed only a couple of times, and packed up after Christmas every time. Have been stored, unused for years.
