These are Snyder distilation columns. These use chambers with 'floating balls' to improve vapor-liquid contact. This is a three-ball model. Though there is some dust and they could use a bath, and one has some schmutz from an ancient rubber band, all of this can be easily cleaned. These columns appear to be in excellent condition and deserve to see use.
