You are looking at a mylar balloon of Tweety Bird in a pumpkin for Halloween.  Super shape foil balloon.  It measures 24" x 20".  This is new old stock.  

You are receiving an uninflated balloon.  Seller is not responsible for any breakage (popping) when balloon is being inflated or leakage as there are so many variables involved that seller has no control over.
