Thick, soft and warm without being heavy or too bulky.  Black and grey flannel with an off white sherpa lining.  Size is XLT.  Lightly worn, a tiny bit of piling on cuffs.  No rips or stains.  There are three light spots on the shirt, but it looks like it was part of manufacturing... see photos.
