Recommendations:
1. The surface of the print head must be well protected and must not be touched, because the surface layer is an aluminum plate, and the inner layer is coated with a crystal oscillator and a small ink tube. Once contacted, it will be deformed or broken, causing the print head to be scrapped and unable to work.
2. When installing the print head, be sure to cut off the power and install it in place. After the installation is complete, gently push it left and right with your hands to check whether it is flat. Turn on the power after confirming that it is flat, because if the print head is not in place, the print head is easy to break when the carriage moves.
3. Do not carry the ink cartridge when turning on the machine, and make sure that the ink is in good contact with the socket, and do not touch the feet, otherwise the print head will be short-circuited and burned
4. Check whether there is a lack of water in the ink cartridge, and check whether the small cleaning blade and the ink suction pump are dirty
5. There is air in the newly installed print head, it may not work at fir st. The air inside the printhead must be expelled for it to function properly.
The printer can be cleaned intermittently by removing the air from inside the print head (clean only twice at a time, then stop for 30 minutes, then clean 2 times)
