This is a 24 inch diameter Skyrim-Inspired Cosplay/LARP Shield. It is 20mm in thickness, crafted of closed cell EVA Foam. The foam is carved to resemble wood, foam Accents are added for the "Metal" structural parts, sealing/priming is completed, and the shield is hand-painted. The "traditional" curved bracket for holding the shield found on the back of most video-game shields has been modified for the ease of the cosplayer carrying the shield. The shield is fitted with fully adjustable straps for carrying or use during cosplay; due to some requests, I have used longer adjustable straps so the shield can be "slung" when walking around an event (or camp-site while not on guard duty). The total weight of the shield is roughly 3 pounds.
