This coat is pre-owned & in EXCELLENT/Great, Clean Condition.

VERY clean with NO rips or stains

This vest was hand made here in Ohio's Amish Country.  Holmes County is home to the largest Amish/Mennonite Settlement in the United States.  Therefore, Hand Made items & Plain Clothing are very common.
