Fits the original aluminum version that was made in the 1970's and 1980's


 These plates are made specifically for the KitchenAid/Hobart heavy aluminum meat grinder that was produced in the 1970's and 1980's.  They will NOT FIT any other meat grinder by KitchenAid. Stainless steel parts.  See photos in listing of the meat grinder that these parts fit. Meat grinders are NOT included in purchase. 


The meat grind sizes in this set

1/8"   (3mm) very fine mince
3/16  (4.5mm) small hamburger
1/4"  (6mm) typical hamburger
5/16" (8mm)  typical sausage 
1/2" (12mm) typical chili
5/8" (16mm) coarse grind
2-hole plate.  For stuffing sausage into the tube

AND a New Stainless Steel knife

  The plate measurements are:

1 15/16" (49 mm)" across

3/16" (4.5 mm) thick

5/16" (8 mm) center hole
