Set of 3 Heavy Melamine Blonde Horse Head Dinner Plate Signed R. Hartman 9" dia.  These are heavy, thick melamine plates with a blonde horse  head.  Each plate shows the signature of the artist R. Hartman.  They all have wear on the finish as shown in the pics. 

Each plate measures 9" diameter.
