Our product descriptions provide relevant information, including the artist, album title, pressing information, and any additional relevant details specific to the vinyl record. Please read these descriptions carefully to ensure compatibility with your turntable and preferences.
3. Accurate Photographic Representation
We take high-quality photographs of the vinyl record for sale, displaying the sleeve, labels, and any significant flaws or damage. These images are intended to accurately represent the item's condition and provide a visual reference. We encourage buyers to examine these images closely before making a purchase decision.
4. No Refunds or Returns
In line with our policy, we do not accept refunds or returns on vinyl record purchases. Once the transaction is completed, the sale is final. It is the buyer's responsibility to carefully review the item description, condition, and images to make an informed purchase decision.
5. Shipping & Handling
We take the utmost care in packaging vinyl records to ensure their safe delivery. Records are typically shipped in sturdy packaging with appropriate padding to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
Before shipment, if records are used, both record and jacket will be cleaned. Within listing images, inner sleeves may depict slight damage, or discoloration due to general wear or age respectively. If you would like to add or replace inner sleeves, there would be an additional charge of .10 USD per records. If you would like to add protective outer sleeves, there would be an additional charge of .50 USD per media.
6. Seller's Responsibility
As the seller, we are committed to providing accurate information, reliable packaging, and prompt shipping. If we fail to meet these obligations, or if there is a significant discrepancy between the product received and the item description, we will work with you to find a fair and satisfactory resolution.
