Payment

• Please be informed that Ebay is managing payments. Kindly proceed with the payment method on Ebay.

Shipping

• All items are located in Malaysia and will be packed properly to avoid damage during shipment.
• Shipment will be made to the registered ebay address. Kindly ensure that all the details are complete (including Post Code / ZIP Code) number)  
• Item will be shipped out by DHL/ ARAMEX Courier Services within 1-3 business days after receipt of cleared payment, provided the address details are complete.
• Tracking number will be provided.
• Estimated delivery time (based on currier's service notice): Between 3-8 business days (USA, UK, Europe, Middle East) from the date of postage.

Delays

• As shipment is beyond our control, we will not be responsible for delays that may occur.
• If your item does not arrive within the estimated time, please contact us via ebay message. We will be happy to assist you and we appreciate your patience on this matter.

Import Duties / Taxes / Fees

• Import duties / taxes / fees are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the purchaser's responsibilities.
• Kindly check with your respective country custom department for any additional costs (if any) that will be incurred prior to purchasing.

Returns

• Please note that all opened items cannot be returned nor refunded.
• If you wish to return your item for any other reason apart from damage or wrong item sent, please send the item back to us with the original unused and unopened packaging. The buyer will be responsible for the return shipping charges. We will arrange a refund to you after receipt and inspection of the item.
• If the item arrived damaged / faulty or the wrong item is sent, please contact us with photo proof.
