Looks to be in very good condition.  Box looks to be in good condition.  The wings were not pictured to clearly but those are in good condition.  Battery cover is intact.  Battery compartment is clean.  Tested and the unit does work.  It takes off and goes up and down and the top light is working.  Pretty cool toy.
