DISPATCH 

Orders are dispatched within 1 working days from our UK based warehouse between Monday and Friday. 

Tracking details (if available) will be updated within 1 working day. 

If for any reason you wish to cancel the order, please seek advice from eBay or contact us directly ASAP. Please ensure that you provide the correct delivery address when placing your order. 

We cannot be held responsible if your purchase is lost in transit due to an incorrect delivery address being provided. 

DELIVERY 

All orders will be delivered within 3 working days or less. Our Standard delivery to UK Mainland postcodes excludes Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands.  

UK Mainland: Standard Delivery, which is free of charge and will normally take 2-3 working days.

Off-Mainland: At present we only ship to UK Mainland, however please contact us with your postcode and we will advise if we can ship to your location using an alternative shipping company. An extra charge may be required for this service

Please feel free to contact us immediately via "Contact Seller" on eBay if you have any question after you receive the item. 

Cancel an Order

 If you wish to cancel your order which has not been dispatched, please contact us via eBay message. If the item have been dispatched then please contact us and follow the ”eBay money back Guarantee”policy. 

Faulty Items

You can return the items to us by contacting us within 30 days of delivery. Please contact us using the “contact seller” option for important information, before attempting to return the goods. 

Faulty items or missing parts should be reported within 48 hours after delivery. 

Please email us a description and photos of the defects Once the email and photos have been received, the damage will be assessed, and we will contact you to send out spare parts or replacement unit. 

We do hope that you will leave us positive feedback and rate us 5 star (the best possible) for our detailed seller rating and if you have any issues that would cause you to go against this, please do get in contact so that we can resolve any problems to your satisfaction before you leave feedback.

We accept payments via PayPal only as the quickest and most secure method to complete the checkout. 

Card payments are also available via the PayPal interface.

Any refunds will be made via PayPal only. 

We are not able to provide a VAT invoice prior to delivery. Once your delivery has taken place please feel free to contact us directly and we will be happy to process your request.
