This is a set of 9 metal 6-sided dice, made with silver-plated white metal and colored translucent paint. They are semi-manually made, which gives each one their own look. 

The Expansion stick is an additional 3 dice of a random color and shape. 

They were intended for a game, where the colors and shapes of the die affect the outcome of the game.
