This model has a transparent body, so when a color ink is inserted inside, the whole pen body becomes colorful and looks pretty.
It is the same manufacturer as the manufacturer of Kobe inks (Nagasawa Co.), it's made based on the SAILOR profit Jr. fountain pens.
