We only allow free returns for defective function or if you receive a part that doesn’t match the listing. We test and document each part as preparation for sale and all returns are subject to inspection and testing. 

If you receive a part that doesn’t match the part number in the listing or is defective, we must be notified within 7 days of receipt. If returning a part you must ship the part back. If the part is found to be defective or an incorrect part we will refund you for return shipping. All returns found not to be defective or the incorrect part are subject to a 25% restocking fee.. We include a unique marking on each part and will not refund parts returned without this marking. Any parts damaged due to improper installation will not be refunded. Sometimes we will include additional parts, typically screws or brackets. These parts are not eligible for return or dispute, we just include them as a courtesy.
