Brand new:

An item that has never been opened or removed from the manufacturer’s sealing (if applicable). Item is in original shrink wrap (if applicable).

Like new:

An item that looks as if it was just taken out of shrink wrap. No visible wear, and all facets of the item are flawless and intact.  

Very good:

An item that is used but still in very good condition. Minimal damage to the DVD case or CD. The teeth of the disk holder are undamaged. Minimal wear on the exterior of the item. No skipping on CD/DVD.

Good:

An item in used but good condition. May have minor damage to DVD case or CD including scuffs, Imperfections. The cover art and liner notes are included for a CD. VHS or DVD box is included. Video game instructions are included. No skipping on CD/DVD.

Acceptable:

An item with obvious and significant wear but is still operational. May have tears or holes in VHS/DVD box. The video game instructions and box may not be included. See the seller’s listing for full details and  description of any imperfections.

CD description details:

Like New - CD looks as new. No Imperfections or imperfections visible.

Very Good - CD has less than two very minimal Imperfections or imperfections visible.

Good - CD has minimal Imperfections and imperfections visible.

Minor Imperfections - Has multiple thin Imperfections and imperfections visible.

Heavy Imperfections - Has a large amount of Imperfections and imperfections visible.

Plastic Cover descriptions:

Like New - Plastic cover looks new. No Imperfections or imperfections visible.

Very Good - Plastic cover has minimal Imperfections or imperfections visible.

Good - Plastic cover has thin Imperfections on the cover and minor wear near the spine.

Acceptable - Plastic cover has punctures, tears, rips or heavy ware. 

Cardboard Box Cover:

Like New - Cardboard Box Cover looks new. No Scratches or imperfections visible.

Very Good - Cardboard Box Cover has minimal Scratches or imperfections visible.

Good - Cardboard Box Cover has thin Imperfections on the cover and minor wear.

Acceptable - Cardboard Box Cover has punctures, tears or heavy ware.

ALL CDs ARE TESTED BEFORE BEING SOLD AND THEN AGAIN BEFORE SENDING IT TO THE BUYER.
