See pictures for reference. Ligature and cap are original and included. Lightly used before putting into storage. Scratches along sides are from the ligature. Black teeth/bite plate came loose. When I originally ordered this from WWBW.com, I had exchanged for a new mouthpiece 3 times because the plate kept falling off.. Customer service finally told me to take it to a technician, but I just used a mouthpiece patch to hold it in place. Mouthpiece patch not included.
