       QS-B305ABL-50A is our lithium battery protection board specially designed for lithium phosphate, ternary lithium battery, lithium cobalt oxide, and lithium manganate battery packs. This protection board contains 3 strings, 4 strings, 5 strings lithium battery protection boards (the general version adjusts the corresponding components according to actual needs), adopts mature protection circuits, special ICs and supports disconnection protection, imported high-current ultra-low internal resistance MOS ( The internal resistance of a single MOS is as low as 3 milliohms), with perfect and stable charging and discharging protection functions, battery hardware balance processing, proper balance current, reasonable balance heating, and does not affect the performance of the battery pack.
Scope of application: lithium iron phosphate, ternary lithium battery, lithium cobalt oxide, lithium manganese oxide battery pack.
Instructions for use:
P-: negative pole of load C-: negative pole of charger B-: negative pole of battery

Output current: separate port 80A; same port 60A
   Note:  Lithium batteries should be charged with special chargers for lithium batteries. Do not use lead-acid battery chargers. Lead-acid charging may cause high voltage breakdown of the protection board MOS tube, causing the protection board to be overcharged and not protected.
(1) 3-string split-port wiring method (refer to 3-string split-port wiring diagram)
① Connect the 3 battery packs in series according to the battery connection in the 3-string split-port wiring diagram.
②Connect the negative pole of the charger to C- of the protection board, and connect the negative pole of the load to P-.
③Connect the positive pole of the charger and the load to the positive pole of the three strings of batteries.
④Refer to the three-series split-port wiring diagram and use three wires to connect the positive poles of the three battery packs to B+, B4, and B3 in sequence.
⑤Connect the negative poles of the three batteries to B-. B1, B2 and B- are shorted.
⑥After all the wires are connected according to the 3-string split-port wiring diagram and check whether they are correct, they can be used only after confirming that they are correct.
⑦During use, when the indicator light on the protection board is on, it indicates that the corresponding battery pack is in a balanced working state (that is, the battery is not balanced at this time).
(2) Wiring method of 3 series with the same port (refer to the wiring diagram of 3 series with the same port)
① Connect the three battery packs in series according to the connection method of the three batteries in the same port wiring diagram.
②Connect the negative pole of the charger and the negative pole of the load to C-, and leave P- unconnected.
③Connect the positive pole of the charger and the load to the positive pole of the three strings of batteries.
④Refer to the wiring diagram of the three strings with the same port, use three wires to connect the positive poles of the three battery packs to B+, B4, and B3 in sequence.
⑤Connect the negative poles of the three batteries to B-. B1, B2 and B- are shorted.
⑥After all the wires are connected according to the three-string same-port wiring diagram and check whether they are correct, they can be used after confirming that they are correct.
⑦During use, when the indicator light on the protection board is on, it indicates that the corresponding battery pack is in a balanced working state (that is, the battery is not balanced at this time).
The connection method of 4 series with the same port and 5 series with the same port is similar to that of the 3 series with the same port. Please refer to the corresponding wiring diagram.
