This beautiful, vintage Fostoria glass bowl is a rare find for anybody whom appreciates fine art glass or mid-century modern decor. The blush pink opalescent glass features an abstract pattern, skillfully crafted by hand - using a blown technique. The unique finger point projections are so beautiful in person; they refract light and remind me of lampwork. Ive compared this particular bowl with others and this one has nicely pronounced projections which are highly desirable. The sides of the bowl has a lovely ribbed/ crinkle design, adding lots of dimensional detail! This bowl is part of Fostoria’s Heirloom collection from the 1950’s / is an original piece from the mid-20th century. It makes a wonderful statement piece to any living space. Can also be gifted to someone whom enjoys fine art glass, MCM decor, or given as a family heirloom piece. Sure to add a touch of elegance to any room!
