My collectibles or items are normally in very good condition unless otherwise stated in listing. I have a dedicated room to store my products in a clean/safe climate controlled environment and not extremely bright. This is important when storing items to keep the integrity of the item in it’s exact condition when the pictures were taken. I also try to take multiple and quality photos of each listed item.

I try return a message within an hour but most instances much quicker. After an item is purchased I strive to ship as soon as possible. In most cases it goes out the following day. My shipping process is very meticulous and do every thing I can to keep the item in its exact condition when it arrives.
