This high speed Cat5e 1000ft Shielded FTP Outdoor Direct Burial Ethernet Cable is the perfect choice for your outdoor installations, network installations, voice, data, video/security capabilities and direct burial installations. With its rugged jacket, it provides the insulation necessary to protect against high levels of electromagnetic interference, temperature changes, moisture and other stressors when using outdoors or for direct burial installations. 

The Cat5 shielded network cable is made of solid copper clad aluminum encased in a protective polyethylene (PE) insulation making it both Ultraviolet (UV) and water resistant.  Each conductor is 24 AWG with 4 twisted pairs, optimized for speed, reliability and high-quality signal transmission even over long distances.  It offers transfer speeds up to 1 Gbps and is suitable for 350 MHz high speed applications.

This shielded cable minimizes signal noise and interference and is grounded to ensure compliance with ANSI standards for commercial buildings. It is independently verified to meet and exceed industry standards for guaranteed performance, safety and quality assurance, making it a great choice for your networking installations.
