This is a vintage Act iii women's vest from the 1970s still with a union label. Size 18.  It is brown velour with braided trim.  Open vest.  It is from the 1970s.  It was just freshly dry cleaned and literally is in excellent condition.  Absolutely no signs of wear; no stains, flaws or other imperfections.  This is a beautifully preserved vintage velour vest.  Just beautiful.
