Please check my exemplary feedback and buy with confidence. I am an experienced fragrance seller, running an additional wholesale company outside of eBay for many years. All stock is purchased from well established and reputable wholesalers and can be authenticated. Fragrances will always be securely for posting. Packages are sent via Royal Mail '2nd class signed for', unless '1st class signed for' is requested. Please be aware that a signature will be required on delivery. 

Should an issue ever arise, please contact me and I will endeavour to resolve it as quickly as possible. I ask you kindly not to leave unnecessary negative feedback which could have a damaging effect on my business. I pride myself on being a honest business owner and seller. Any queries/questions before purchasing are also welcomed via message. 

If an item is no longer required or ordered by mistake, a full refund will be given once the item is returned and provided that it is still factory sealed and undamaged. Please note that if a fragrance is returned and the seal is removed or opened, only a partial refund will be given as the item will be unsellable.  Buyer is required to pay return 'signed for' postage unless the return is authorised by myself.
