The above statement about DOA Items automatically qualifying for an exchange;  ONLY Applies to USED, OPENED BOX / Opened Packaging items that have been TESTED & VERIFIED (AS WORKING / FUNCTIONING items by a professional tech) The following categories are the most common for DOA guarantee: Electronics, Consumer Electronics, Electronic Components, PC's / MACs (Desktop, Laptop, All-in-One, etc.) Computer Components, Computer Hardware, Computer Upgrade Kits (i.e., RAM) Android Devices, Tablets, Phones, Video Game Consoles, Video Game Components, etc. (Anything electronic basically. If we are unable to exchange your DOA item for an exact match as a replacement, we would then offer a comparable replacement of equal type (specs, purpose, etc.) and value!
