About SHOWKO :

Born in Kyoto, Japan, to a tea ceremony potter for six generations.

After training in Saga, he began working as a ceramic board painting artist in 2005, using a unique technique.

Later, based on his experience as a graphic designer, he explored the possibilities of pottery.

In 2009, he launched his own brand "SIONE" and incorporated it.

In 2016, he opened a studio, store, and cafe in the Ginkakuji area of Kyoto.

Through ceramic board painting production and artwork, he creates time and space for hospitality and exhibits his works in Japan and abroad.
