It features a .03ct diamond in the center flanked by two triangular cut imitation sapphire stones.

The face of the ring measures 7mm North to South and stands 4mm off the finger. 

It is currently a size 5 1/2.

This ring weighs 1.4 grams. 

Due to age, the hallmark has worn, but this tests as 18k.
