This color is also one of my favorites; the cool part about this beauty is if, for any reason, you wanted just the golden shade, or if the ends start to split, you could cut the strawberry part off and end up with a golden blonde beauty! So this beauty gives you options that other wigs may not offer.

I prefer exchanges, and this is why…, when I sell a wig that has a lot of views and solid interested buyers, I lose money if someone wants to return it. If it is returned, I have to START ALL OVER, with views and interested buyers who have the wig in their cart or watching. ( not this wig because I have more than one.)

But I am adding this notice to my listings this weekend.

I am putting this on this listing now because someone asked me about returning it if they don't like it.

Usually, that would be a fair question, except they seem to like to try new wigs in different colors but return them

and reference the one color that they kept. For buyers who may not know

It's not sanitary/healthy to allow buyers to return personal products that touch their bodies. If I were a huge store, I would toss the returns or donate with disclosure. But, to be a “top seller” on eBay, you MUST OFFER RETURNS. Yes, the title is nice, but it's the small discount we get on our fees that motivates me.

I need to decide the importance of that vs. my concern that WIGS are even a category that is included in that mandate.

I prefer to stay small because that allows me to pamper my loyal clients. However, I have an adverse reaction when someone tries to manipulate my overall goodwill. I would rather give away a FREE wig and charge shipping to someone in need. Every time I do, I am BLESSED!
