Great condition! One rough spot on left side temple. But it's behind the rear and on the top I couldn't feel it when I wore it. Has a  ghost iridescent finish. Hard to show that in pictures.  Not a guaranteed designer case and cloth but will come with something. Message for any questions or more pictures. The Rx lenses will need to be replaced by your rx.
