Our neon signs are handmade with real glass and gas filling, not the LED lights.

The color as shown in the picture, if you would like to change color, please contact us directly before ordering. Please note that color changes are not acceptable for auction products.

The sign is suitable for interior, if you want to install it outside, please contact us before placing an order.

All products are tested working before they are shipped. If broken in shipment, please contact us at FIRST, DO NOT open a return request.

If you still want this sign, the new replacement parts will be sent for free. We will also send an instruction to help you to easily replace it.
