Therefore our products must be installed exclusively by trained and qualified personnel,
since these are fragile materials, they cannot and must not be tampered with by incompetent persons.
Before buying, but also after the arrival of the regenerated spare part, make sure that the ordered part complies
in all its parts and compatible with the one present on board the vehicle.
Mtec carries out complete and tested regenerations, therefore it is not responsible for any damage caused to the pieces
spare parts, found following the sale for causes that are NOT attributable to regeneration errors.
If, on the other hand, the problem is attributable to regeneration problems, Mtec covers the product with a well guarantee
12 months, in which it repairs and, if necessary, replaces the defective piece.
The warranty loses validity when the product sold by Mtec is tampered with and modified, not representing
plus the spare part sold from our shop. Therefore, for any problem relating to the parts supplied by
our shop it is absolutely mandatory to contact our assistance center to take advantage of our support, since
Mtec will refuse to replace or repair tampered products.

of regenerations, agreeing to modifications.
MC SHOP therefore covers the regenerated product with the guarantee, thus carrying out a replacement or a replacement in the event of a fault
repair, but only for PROBLEMS FOUND FOR CAUSES RELATED TO THE REMANUFACTURING OF THE PRODUCT.
It therefore does not cover damage caused by tampering, accidents, distractions during assembly and other types of damage NOT attributable
to an error of our shop in the regeneration phase.
IMPORTANT
ONCE THE PIECE SOLD IS TAMPERED WITH OR MODIFIED, EVEN IN A SMALL PART, WITHOUT THE CONSENT OF MTEC, THE PIECE IN QUESTION
COMPLETELY LOSES THE WARRANTY. WILL THEN BE CONSIDERED INVALID FOR THE PURPOSE OF REPAIR AND/OR REPLACEMENT FREE OF CHARGE IN THE TERMS
PROPOSED TO PURCHASE THE PRODUCT.
