The set has six trios, cake plate, sugar bowl and creamer...

Paragon produced many delightful variations of Floral patterns over the years.

This charming tea set has the collectable double stamp By Appointment H.M The Queen & H.M. Queen Mary indicating Royal patronage.

Lovely vintage tea set for your collection... a rare find.

As the years pass, these lovely china items become more precious... pieces are damaged, lost or collections are broken up.  The good news for collectors is that quality pieces should not only hold their value but increase over time.

Condition:
The tea set is in generally excellent vintage condition commensurate for age and use.  The cake plate has a faint central scratch but not overly noticeable. No chips, fractures, crazing or discolouration.  Just general but minimal wear and occasional tiny speck/dark smudge.  Otherwise all items are in excellent condition.  Colors, pattern and gold trim all very good.

Lovely set... don't miss this one....

Additional Info:

Originally founded in the late 1890's and up to 1919, as Star China, the company had great success with their tea sets and tablewares.
Paragon has been awarded several Royal Warrants of Appointment from successive members of the British Royal family dating back to the 1920's.
The company operated as a family business until 1960 when it was acquired by Thomas Wild & Sons, then through the 1960's to early 70's and with various company mergers into the Royal Doulton brand.
By the late 1980s the name and patterns were absorbed into Doulton's Royal Albert brand with some Paragon patterns in production until the 90's.

The popularity and appeal of Paragon fine bone china has only increased over time.
