- If the size of received package is half that of the turf ordered, it's because we folded it to ship. The packing will not affect normal using.
- The folded turf will have some creases, but creases will be removed easily. 1)The base will be getting softened after being put direct in the sun, then the crease will gradually disappear over time. 2)Use a brush to brush the grass at the crease in the opposite direction also help the pile of grass recover quicker.
