1) The tumbler you purchased has a warming and cooling effect compared to a mug product without a lid, but it is not a fully sealed thermos, so it does not keep warm and cool for more than an hour. 

2) Do not put too much drink. Hot drinks may leak and cause burns. 

3) Do not contain carbonated or fermented beverages/food. There is a risk of injury due to an increase in internal pressure, causing the stopper to not close or bounce strongly. 

4) If it contains hot beverages, keep it out of the reach of children. 

5) Be careful as your drink may be very hot. Products damaged during use cannot be exchanged or refunded. (In the case of an exchange due to a defect in the product itself, if there is no identical product, we will exchange it for a similar product. 

6) Always check that the lid is securely closed before drinking. 

7) Be sure to hold the middle part of the tumbler when opening and locking the lid. (In the case of a tumbler with a handle, do not open or lock the lid by holding the handle. Excessive force on the handle may cause damage.)

8) The stopper on the lid prevents the beverage inside from spilling if the tumbler falls over. Do not put the tumbler with the drink in the bag as this will not completely prevent the drink from leaking. (If you put the tumbler in the bag, it may leak and the inside may get wet.) 

9) When holding a hot beverage and locking the lid, open and close the flip and press the flip to avoid expansion caused by internal heat and air. 

10) Before use, open the lid and wipe clean with detergent. 

11) Be sure to wash your hands. When drying, place the top side down. 

12) Do not put it in the microwave or freezer. 

13) Do not use bleach or chlorine-containing detergents. 

14) Drinks may leak through the stopper on the lid, so always check that the lid is securely closed before drinking.

15) The lid is made to fit the tumbler purchased by the customer and may not fit other tumblers. 

16) It may be damaged or crushed when subjected to a strong impact (dropped during use). 

17) Cold cups are "products used exclusively for iced drinks". There is a risk of burns when using hot beverages, so use only for iced beverages.
