Truly elegant 2-piece top and skirt from Mike Benet, probably vintage 1980s.
The top is fully beaded and sequined with sheer full sleeves. 
The skirt is chiffon and it's super full. Elastic waist with zipper and hook. 
The chiffon looks wonderful. I see no flaws.
Both pieces are lined.
