Please. I DO NOT accept purchases made through Shop America. The desired number NEVER accompanies the purchase, and no one ever answers eMails.

Please note: eBay has discontinued notifying us when you attempt to contact me through the eBay Messaging system. I do not use or follow it. Thus, if you find it necessary to contact me, and since eBay does not allow us to post alternative contact addresses. Please google my name, Ron Kirn. It will take you to my site, where under contacts you will find what you need. You can use conventional methods to contact me from there.

Please followup with an email with the custom number you want... often the message that's supposed to accompany payment will not make it through. you’re buying a custom number, so please tell me what that number is immediately.

The Neck Plate is available in Chrome, or Nickel, just let me know…. However this plate is the more contemporary thickness... about .072,  If you require a thin plate See my Genuine Fender plates I have listed.

Now, Consider, What if, I found the same kind of machine Leo used in Fullerton in the 50's and 60's... Hummmmm  Take a good long look at the photo and consider.....

While there are others offering numbered plates, suggesting their plates are more accurate, using Diamond engraving or Laser engravers, I submit, Leo had neither from the 50's through the 80's. He used the same mechanical stamping process I use. There IS a difference.

The less costly offerings are engraved with a laser machine, Leo Fender never had access to a laser engraver, they weren't invented back then. SO if accuracy is of any concern to ya... think about it. Take a good long look. Those plates are done with a modern Laser engraving machine... they look NOTHING like the originals....  SO choose wisely.

Take a close look at the photos, compare them with photos of genuine vintage guitars being sold.... Often there is a desire to customize your guitar with little subtleties that make it distinctively yours. Adding a custom engraved plate with a birthday, anniversary, graduation day, or any other number that may be important to you can be but one of the finishing touches that make your guitar special.

You may select any number or letter (Caps only) with up to 8 characters. The plate is made to Fender® specifications, thus will fit any 4 bolt Fender® guitar, or any other guitar taking a similar plate.

As seen in the photo, it is chrome, or Nickel if you prefer. This is for ONE (1) neckplate. Also... I have available the thinner vintage correct plates, approximately 1/16 inch thick... Or the modern plates that are the thicker. Please let me know your preference. Please note, this is for one neck plate, and Paypal only,  Free Shipping in the US, Shipping to International Metropolitan areas will be 14.00.

Thank you for looking, Please note….  To the many of you that have purchased these plates and included the numbers you wanted stamped with the Paypal payment, thank you. I appreciate it.   However, there are an increasing number of buyers that buy a plate wanting a custom number on it, then neglect to tell me what number they want, or email me several days later in a “Cryptic” email forcing me to do a search through the thousands of ensuing email to figure out who they are and what the number goes on.

I will no longer email and repeatedly email seeking the number you wanted stamped.   Therefore, if you do not include the number you want in the “Message” section of the PayPal or follow up immediately with an email stating the number, I will send the plate stamped with the number seen in the illustration above. If more than one is shown, I will pick one.

Thank You,

Ron Kirn
