This USA BMG Special Products CD is part of a  series of 5 from 1997. We have just a couple. This one is Hound Dog  backed with It's Now or Never. The paper cover has a little shelf wear  and a price and product sticker which displays 

" ELVIS CD PROMO" .  There is no further  evidence that it is !  The CD  shows very minor evidence of play.  We use RRPG grading wherever possible and err on the side of caution with extra commentary when needed.
