____________

NEW PARTS:

All parts are brand new and have never been fitted nor attempted to be fitted.

The eternal packaging (if present &/or shown in the photographs) could show some signs of storage and therefore may appear to be in some other condition other than brand new, this however is not the case.

NOTES ETC:

Please ensure this item is correct by checking part number above (if present), vehicle or equipment model and year of manufacturer above (if present) and/or finally the photographs attached to the listing for compatibility before purchasing.

Supplied will be the exact unit(s) that is/are in the pictures of this listing (unless of course more than one identical item is available (as in the case of a multiple listing) in identical condition).

THE BORING BIT TO READ BELOW

I have described this item as accurately as possible, especially regarding any defects it may have. This combined with the photographs provided within the listing, and in particular any close-up photographs detailing any such defects, give an even more detailed overview of what you will receive.

I package all my items well; it's in the understanding my packaging could be tested to destruction whilst in courier care and therefore enduring some 'extreme transiting.

I assum to the best of my knowledge that all items would reach their destination in just as good a condition as when they were sent.

I guess rare occasions exist where the goods themselves are damaged in transit and therefore the external packaging to a more severe extent.

In these cases the courier delivering the item would have evidence themselves detailing severity etc, presuming a claim would result.

That said, the previous two paragraphs are to give both genuine buyers 'peace of mind' that 'what they have bought and are expecting is what they'll get' and to detour certain individuals ruining what would otherwise be 'straight forward trading' with one of a whole host of possible scams with goods such as these.

I regret to say that it is this situation that has forced me into not accepting returns.

If however in the rare event the item, the manufacturer's packaging (if present) and the outer postal packaging have been damaged (c/w photographic evidence to back up) then this would result in a claim arising against the courier / post office service and a subsequent refund to the buyer made.

Thank you
