This is a vintage Heritage Village - Department 56 "Collection of Three Sets", which are all mint in box.  All three come in their original box, and are made of the finest porcelain, and solid metal parts. The boxes shows light wear but all the Department 56 accessories shown are  in near mint condition. The Christmas trash cans still have their original tag.  I do not believe the sets have ever been displayed or out of thier box.  PLEASE LOOK UP SELLERS OTHER ITEMS TO SEE MORE DEPARTMENT 56, WHICH CAME FROM THIS SAME ESTATE.
