Lisbon Portugal Tramway Bus

Measures 5 1/4" L x 4" T.

I believe the decals are depicting the famous tiles of Portugal. 

Very hard piece to find.  

Tram has several issues including surface wear, scratch marks, and play wear.  The metal I believe is steel and die cast with hard plastic wheels. The very top where the cable goes is bent, (see picture).  Not sure if this can be straightened without breaking the piece.  Decals show some damage but not bad.  May have been glued in place.  I am not finding a maker marks on the piece. 

This has the look of being handmade but not sure of that.  Please ask if you need more pictures or have any questions.
