A superb English Victorian antique solid sterling silver sauce or gravy ladle. It is hallmarked for London 1853 with the makers marks being that of George Aldwinckle. It has been beautifully designed and has been engraved with a crest used by the O'Connor Family. It is in superb condition having no dings splits distortions or repairs. It measures approx. 7 inches (17.8cm) long by over 1.75 inches (4.8cm) wide and weighs 56 grams. A very interesting piece.
