Form model in picture measures a size 6 with 37 inch hips and the belt rests upon her hips on the tightest buckle setting.

Human model pictured is a size 8/10 with 31 inch waist and 41 inch hips with belt on notch 1 on waist (tightest) and notch 4 on top of hips (loosest).

Full length picture of back of belt with measuring tape measures from the hook that secures the belt so that you are able to see where each notch hits on the tape.
