220V 100W Micro Hydro Generator Installation Instructions
Hydraulic requirements for micro turbine generator: vertical drop height 15 meters, pipe diameter 75 mm, water volume 10 liters per second. Since uncertain factors such as length and height cannot achieve an accurate data, the vertical height difference is used as the standard.
Please confirm whether the vertical drop height of the water flow can meet the requirements. This project is a natural drop hydroelectric generator, which cannot be driven by a pump and cannot be used as a circulating water perpetual motion machine.
Generator care and maintenance: The turbine bearing is equipped with a sealing ring, which can protect the bearing from water ingress and does not require oil maintenance.
The sealing ring has a service life of 1-3 years, and the bearings are easy to replace. The entire generator can be disassembled and replaced with accessories.
The most important thing is the generator motor. Cover it with a tarpaulin to prevent it from being exposed to rain or water.
This will extend the service life of the generator motor.
